A True Stunning Rarity: 2016 Chevrolet Camaro COPO

By  |

By David Ashton

The COPO (Central Office Production Order) Camaro was born out of the 60’s where dealers could order special combinations/options for their vehicles to produce cars more unique and powerful than their stock counterparts.

Today’s COPO’s are stripped out race cars with the same level of rarity and collectability as their grandparents. This example is no exception as you can see from the spec. list below.

Being a super rarity, it also comes with a few added extras such as a specially designed COPO car cover, all COPO certificates and documentation, full photo documentation of the COPO build process, COPO order form, Chevrolet Performance banner, chassis specific decals.
The trunk has also been autographed by all the COPO build team.

This car is said to have never been raced, trailered everywhere and stored in a climate controlled environment, meaning you’re getting a virtually brand-new vehicle.

As rarities go, you cannot really beat a COPO, thus the asking price, but one thing you can be sure of is this car will definitely go up in value as the years go by.

Don’t expect this beast to stay around for sale for much longer.
