The Best Movie Car Scene: Maybe….

The title of this video is ‘The Best Movie Car Scene Ever!’ but if you read the video’s accompanying notes, that’s meant to be a very tongue in cheek statement, especially if you’ve seen the film in its entirety.

The drag race is from the 1986 film the ‘Wraith‘  featuring none other than Charlie Sheen, his second time as a lead character.
The biggest draw in the film is seeing the Wraith’s Dodge M4S Turbo Interceptor concept car, plus other classic muscle cars like a Chevy Corvette, 1986 Dodge Daytona Turbo, 1977 Pontiac Firebird and a 66 Plymouth Barracuda.

In retrospect, it may be a cheesy film to some, but as a child of the 80s, it’s a great nostalgia trip, if only to see some classic muscle cars, but especially listening to some of the 80s tunes from the film soundtrack, e.g. Motley Crue ‘Smokin in the boys room’…yeah!

Take the film for what it is, some fictional fun, then it becomes great entertainment!
