You want to see a car that gets no respect? Rodney Dangerfield would be perfect for this if he was alive.
The Plymouth Fury gets no love or respect in the broad scheme of our world. I don’t know why either.

The car was produced between 1955 and 1989, with the 80s versions being a ‘Gran Fury’, but we won’t go there. You could get a bunch of engine types from a small 225 slant six up to the 440ci.

It has a sporty look, it has a good engine package, it looks nice just sitting, so what’s the issue? Well, for one it was sold as a family car. Some out there just cannot get past that.
Wait, they get past it for the Impala, and Biscayne? Why not the Fury? Is it because it’s a Plymouth? Maybe.

I am really not sure. It makes for a great cruiser with that big interior, it has decent but not great power, and….. That’s it. It’s ok for a cruise with normal power but most cannot see this as a muscle car.

Is that it? you tell me folks.
