Engine: 400ci.(6.6L) V8 430hp/440ft.lbs. of torque.
Four barrel Rochester Quadrajet carburetor.
Optional 2.93 standard gear ratio.
Transmission: 3 speed turbo Super Turbine 400 automatic, called the Turbo Hydramatic 400.
Compression ratio: 10.25:1.
The convertible had a more solid box frame frame than the hardtop version with many lightening holes.
