Chevy Nova Procharger With Over 2,200HP

The rule for there is no replacement for displacement stand strong here when it comes to Steve Morris engines and this incredible Chevy Nova. This video is shot just before the Street Car Super Nationals which features Glen Bolz’s 1966 Nova initially, testing his new suspension and setup.

Steve started with a Nova, which he found in Arizona, which was already on its way to be a race car. Steve decided to start from the ground up with a Steve Morris Engines 540cu. big block, with Dart block and heads, Callies crankshaft and connecting rods, forged Diamond pistons, a Bullet Racing Cams custom grind bumpstick, Jesel rocker arms, an Edelbrock intake, Precision Injectors fuel injectors, a Wilson Manifolds elbow, and a Holley Dominator fuel management system all running through a F-3R 139mm supercharger with 35 pounds of boost.

All this runs through a Hughes Performance double throw down Powerglide transmission, 5,500 rpm stall converter and a Precision Performance Products shifter. all this can produce a top-level time of 7.25 @ 196MPH.
