Amazing Dustless Blasting Strips a ’63 Impala in Under 1 Hour

During any car restoration, the labour-intensive job of stripping a car’s paintwork doesn’t exactly fill many people with glee, but those days maybe over with a new dustless blasting system.

Stripping a car down to its bare bones and using a variety of methods to take off the old paint, used to be much time, money and effort, but the guys over at Dustless Blasting may have come up with a solution with their Dustless DB 5000 cleaner.

The method uses recycled bottle glass, cheap and eco-friendly to do the blasting work. As no dust is produced and the equipment is mobile, the job can be done anywhere.
The video says that a bag of the stuff costs around $10. Stripping the Impala used around six bags.

The video seems to be set up so you can start this as a business of your own. $60 for 6 bags, charge $1,000 for the job and make $940 in just under an hour.
If it does what it says on the tin, we might even try it ourselves…..
