3000+hp Plymouth Barracuda Flies at Tulsa Raceway Park

This incredible 1968 Plymouth Barracuda was spotted at Tulsa Raceway Park and a quick chat with its owner, Marty Robertson reveals everything that went into this incredible ride.

The car has a 521ci Brad Anderson Hemi engine within F3 pro charger and Liberty three speed, running on Mickey Thompson 315 Drag Radial tires.

The first pass doesn’t seem to go that well and the beginning of the second seems to have another fault. But once the bugs are ironed out, the ‘Cuda shows exactly what that 3,000hp engine can really do with a time of 4.30 at 179.30mph.
A third pass gives an even better time of 4.26 at 182.65mph.

We would really like to see what this machine can do down the quarter-mile pass. So stay tuned for future videos.
