1969 Pontiac GTO with a 455 by Terry Johnson

Pontiac GTOs are special cars, arguably being descended from the first generation which started the muscle car movement.

Although the Pontiac GTO was passed in sales by the Chevy Chevelle and Plymouth Roadrunner in 1969, the Pontiac GTO is owned by just as discerning a muscle car owner as the rest.

This 455 version has more grunt under the hood than the average 400cu version and along with the Ram Air system, gave you a bit more horsepower when needed, especially with the Ram Air IV.

No matter if a Pontiac is a standard GTO or even the Judge  edition, by today’s standard they are all gorgeous and fantastic vehicles.
