1968 Dodge Charger & 1969 Charger Daytona

Firstly, the great thing about this video is that it isn’t a car vs. car type thing, it’s more an appreciation of two very similar, but very different muscle cars.

Both the 1968 Dodge Charger and the 1969 Dodge Daytona are owned by the host and put together as old school resto mods. Nothing fancy being built into either car. for example the ’68 Charger has a mild 440 big block engine, mild cam, stock rocker and pushrods and a 800 double pumper on top. There have been some tweaks and additions to make the car that bit more reliable, but as the video says, once you start adding turbos and superchargers and the like, stuff starts to break.
Therefore, just change the stuff that makes the car more reliable and you’ll still have plenty of horses and torque.
