Watch This Video Of A Chrysler Firepower Hemi Rebuild In 5 Minutes

The first generation of Chrysler firepower Hemi engines were made for military use and saw a seven-year production cycle. This video shows a great strip down and rebuild of one such engine.

The video doesn’t state the displacement of the engine, possibly a 331ci, 354ci or a 392ci, but you can at least tell it’s a Gen 1 with the distributor at the back of the engine. From the first industrial strength coffee to the last nut being tightened, you get a close-up on personal view of Davin and Matt bringing this engine back to life. Very cool stuff.
