Twin Turbo Viper vs Twin Turbo Corvette 1/2 Mile

This video is brought to from the Shift S3ctor event where you get to see a tweaked and fettled Twin Turbo Viper and Twin Turbo Corvette line up against each other, both topping the 200 mph mark. Both cars blast over the 2,640 feet straight with the Viper hitting 204 mph and the C6 Corvette 236 mph.

It’s not clear from the video or description what’s exactly under the hood on either car, but with the Vette having a huge wing, diffusion and ‘chute and the twin turbo in the Viper, there are definitely tweaks above the norm. in each vehicle. This kind of nullifies whoever goes over the finish line first, but this video is more about showing you the power and top speeds of these fine two vehicles more than anything and the close-up view of what it’s like to top 200 mph.

Both vehicles are clearly incredible performers in their own rights, to take this video as a show of each car’s merits, rather than a straight up competition.
