Bob Riggle spent 39 years with the Plymouth Barracuda, simply known as ‘Hemi Under Glass.’
The car was the star of a series the exhibition drag racing by Hurst Performance from 1965 to 1975.

The car was first built to be competitive racer, but it had so much rear traction they decided to turn it into a wheel stander for exhibitions.

A supercharged 426 Hemi was but in the back seat above the rear wheels, giving straight to rear wheel traction giving the ability to do the stunts you see in the video.

It is worth watching the video to the end as you will also see some other amazing vehicles, such as the reversing, wheel standing truck!
