Rare Muscle Cars Under The Hammer At Fort Lauderdale Auction

Auctions America have a cool line up of vintage muscle cars up for auction this weekend in Fort Lauderdale.

The auction will feature some sweet treats such as a 1965 Shelby GT 350 fastback, a 1953 Chevrolet Corvette roadster and a 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge Ram Air III convertible, with the Shelby, possibly fetching the most money in the muscle car criteria.

Sold new at the Marshall Motor Company in Mayfield Height, Ohio on October 22nd, 1965, for $3,617.25.
Original 289-cid, 306-hp HiPo V-8 engine.
Original Borg-Warner four-speed manual transmission.
Original nine-inch Ford rear-differential.
One of just 562 Shelby GT 350s produced in 1965.
Comprehensive engine rebuild; few miles since.
Rare and proper wood-rimmed steering wheel.
“Cyclops eye” tachometer.
