Pontiac Firebird Recreation: The Firebird TT Concept

From time to time there are murmurings about the Pontiac Firebird coming back to our streets as a legitimate model. Unfortunately, as a bona fides brand it still stays as paperwork somewhere, but that hasn’t stopped individual makers and artists coming up with their own modern interpretations. This design comes from designer Kasim Tibekov in the form of the Firebird TT Concept.

The design clearly has a muscular look with a wide body kit, supercharged V8 from a Ford Shelby GT500 and a clear muscle car design that would make anybody proud on the road or track. This design is clearly fantastic and would make a fine muscle car no matter the model or brand, but it obviously just needs the right decals to finish off the look completely.

There have been conversion kits around for a few years that will turn your regular vehicle into a Firebird lookalike, especially for the modern-day Camaro as you can see from the video below. Conversion kits like these are probably the nearest your going to get to an actual modern day Pontiac Firebird, but for those who love the model this is probably nearest you will get for some time me thinks. At least for now you can enjoy these modern interpretations, which arguably look more fantastic than we have at the moment.
