This pic of the day was sent in by one of our readers who told us that we had to show everybody this amazing custom Mercury.
To be honest, anything before 1965 is out of my comfort zone, so I’m looking at this from pure ‘cool’ factor and as you can see, this ride is an ocean full of cool.

When a custom car is put together as well as this, it looks neither old or new. It would look just as cool and work just as well in 1951 or 2021, it just shouts the best of both worlds.

The ‘Sunset and Sunrise Fade’, which to me is more of a kind of ‘burnt orange’ looks incredible, the paint looks almost a foot thick.

A beautiful interior with a few modern trappings on one of the coolest exteriors ever, you could be the next custodian of this incredible ride.
