It seems to be the common consensus that modern-day muscle cars are still shocking people with their performance and handling, as is the case with the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE. The mere mention of a ‘muscle’ or Pony car usually brings up feelings of plenty of power, but not much handling, as per the old world of vehicles, but that is like comparing any 40-year-old vehicle to what’s available today.

The guys over at Automobile mag have tested out the Camaro over a one week period and have come to the same conclusions that many do, ‘If you’re thinking about getting a track-ready muscle car, one that pushes you and sounds magnificent, look no further as the 2017 Camaro SS 1LE is one of the best performance cars on the market.’

Essentially, modern muscle cars are every bit the performance machine as any other competitor on the market today and the more positive the reviews that come out, will go a long way to cementing this fact.

More than muscle cars such as the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE don’t get all their way. There are some trim discrepancies, slight hiccups in the on-board computer, but the main takeaway is still the raw, unbridled fun which leaves everybody with a smile after driving one of these machines.
