There’s something special about the 1970 Chevelle SS 454. The king of the road got its title for its looks, power and coming out at the height of the muscle car era as the best of the breed.
This example has been completely restored with the correct 4 bolt main 3963512 casting block, M21 Muncie four-speed transmission and 12 bolt 3:73 posi Trac rear.
It seems that the guy who is selling this restores alot of Chevelles, which means the restoration process should have been done by someone who knows what they are doing or at least you would think so.
Checking out the images that come with the ad. you can see this is an immaculate vehicle, both inside and out.
The engine and engine bay look in show condition, as does the interior. all the parts from front to back look like they are brand-new, which gives a hint of its quality.
Basically, if all the documentation and history checks out on this Chevelle, it will make someone a fine investment piece, but also one that should be driven from time to time to experience that mighty 454 engine.
