Jay Leno is renowned for showing off some of the best cars on the planet and when it comes to Ford and Shelby the GT350R is one of the best. In this episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, David Salvaggio the Vice President of Speedkore shows off their all carbon fiber Shelby GT350R and gives the car a great test drive in the process.

This edition of the GT350R has a handbuilt 5.2-liter Ti-VCT V8 with a flat plane crank, carbon fibre wheels and as you can see from the video tons of weight saving to make this the best track ready Mustang around. The price for one of these isn’t cheap at $64,000, but considering all the carbon and track ready properties, its quite good value.
