Hennessey’s Exorcist Camaro ZL1 Dyno Test Gives 959 RWHP

The Exorcist Camaro ZL1 by Hennessey Performance Engineering is definitely throwing down the gauntlet to be one of the fastest and most powerful muscle machines out there. A probable other nod to challenge the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon at the same time.

The Exorcist Camaro ZL1 is expected to generate 1000 HP at the crank and produce 996 lb. ft. of torque, with help from 14 psi of supercharger amongst many other tweaks and upgrades. In this video the dyno clocks the vehicle hitting 959hp and a torque value of 756 lb.ft at the rear wheels.

This level of power does have its own pricetag with the HPE Exorcist Camaro ZL1 costing $117,135, which in comparison to the Dodge Challenger Demon which produces 840 hp and 770 lb-ft of torque and is expected to retail around $100,000.
