Find Of The Day, Two 1969 Dodge Chargers ‘Dukes Of Hazzard’ Compared.

Let’s say you were in the market for buying a 69 Dodge Charger and you are also massive Dukes of Hazzard fan.
Well, there are quite a few tributes available, but you want an official show or TV car with authentication.
These rights don’t come up for sale very often, so when they do, you will have to part with the dollars that match the rarity of these vehicles.

Here we have two 69 Dodge Chargers, one being used in the original TV show and the other from the 2005 film.
Obviously, the car from the original show is worth the most and is reflected in its pricetag, but the Charger from the film is part of the Dukes of hazard heritage and also holds its price.
For me, if price was no object, I will go with the original, but if money was a factor you still have a great Dodge charger in the movie version of the car.

Reportedly 28 orange Dodge Chargers were filmed for The Dukes of Hazzard, however most of them never survived the stunt filled film.
The 2005 General Lee sports a Grant F/X wheel.
Further uniqueness can be found with the shifter and tachometer, a B&M StarShifter and a Autometer 3904 shift light/tachometer were also added.
