This is an ultra-rare 4×4 Mustang convertible, which featured a four-wheel-drive system built by Ferguson, with only around three Mustangs known to exist with this setup. currently available for sale on Classic.nl

It seems a weird set up having a convertible with four-wheel drive, but it was presumably to deal with the Dutch winters and more mild summers to get the best of both. The car has clearly seen better days looks like it’s just been dredged up from somewhere like the nearest swamp, but everything seems to be intact here.

There are only a few images that come with the listing and all the language is in Dutch, but this is definitely a surefire rarity which, when fully restored will mark a piece of Mustang history. Owning a convertible Mustang with four-wheel-drive and being impossibly the only one in existence will be a great thing to own, but whoever takes on this restoration has a lot of work ahead of them.
