This 1969 Ford Torino 428 Cobra Jet has everything you need to it bring back in shape for a classic of its time.

There is no overall body shots of this Cobra, only close-ups, but that gives a good enough impression to show a solid body with what seems to be only one lost all the sizes silver dollar in the passenger rear quarter panel.
The rest seems to be just surface rust in places.
As the car has been sitting in the garage. Most of its life, there seems to be a few bumps and dents here and there around the body.

The interior looks dusty from its years in storage, but everything is there in parts with all this steering wheel needing replacing and possibly a new shifter, automatic transmission.

As with any vehicle like this, having a solid body and chassis is the first port of call, and within reasonable engine and the highest power output afford at the time, this seems a reasonable piece of muscle to put on your shortlist.
