This 1969 Camaro is a real deal X22 RS/SS convertible four-speed, making it quite a rarity. However, it needs a full restoration job to get it back into any usable state. The Camaro features a factory12 bolt rear end and more or less all the bits you will need for a full restoration.

The ad. states that the vehicle was purchased in April 1977 and has been in storage for the last 40 years. It’s clear from the images that this Camaro has been a long forgotten about vehicle, but in the right hands could be just destined to be a showstopper if fully restored.

The car doesn’t run at the moment which is no surprise, but at least the engine and transmission are there in its entirety with the engine bay looking like the most solid part of the whole vehicle. It’s clear that this Camaro has loads of rust which will need chopping out, with what looks like a start on this process already.

Whoever buys this vehicle will have a lot of work ahead of them, but the end results will be a big block convertible Camaro which will only go up in price and future. Tempted?
