Dodge Challenger Hellcat vs. Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Drag Race

It’s the age-old battle between Dodge and Chevy in this video and on paper, the Dodge Challenger Hellcat should be streets ahead of the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. However, like any drag race nothing is straightforward.

The Camaro has some minor upgrades such as a cold air intake and drag radials, while the Hellcat is still on street tires and is in completely stock condition. Reaction time plays a huge factor here, along with the dragstrip experience of each driver.

No spoilers here, as you will have to watch the video, but the Camaro driver does stamp on the brakes well before crossing the finish as per racing rules having the passenger means the car must go over 14 seconds.
