COPO Camaro Tested At The Strip

This is where COPO Camaros should ultimately live, on the dragstrip.

This 2016 Chevrolet COPO Camaro drag racer ran an 8.99 second time, showing the COPOs still have what it takes.

This Camaro has a 427 CI LSX V8 with automatic transmission, drag slicks and solid rear end.
A supercharged 350 CID engine is also available which should drop the time to the low eight seconds.
As usual with COPOs, the cars will be limited to 69 versions to become a future rarity.the first being auctioned at Barrett Jackson’s for $300,000. Expensive, yes, but since the first COPOs of the muscle car era, everyone knows these are future rarities.
