Chevrolet Camaro SS vs Ford Focus RS Lap Times

This video lines up a Chevrolet Camaro SS to see if it can beat the lap time of a supposedly more track focused Ford Focus RS. From the off, many would expect the Camaro to still only be good in a straight line, but this little video may prove otherwise.

This isn’t a head-to-head race, but a clash of lap times with both vehicles being sent round the Magny-Cours French track at different times. This footage sees the Camaro trying for the best lap time and at the end some nice drifting action.

Without any spoilers you can skip to 1:47 in the video to see the lap time breakdown, which is also a nice comparison when the Camaro against other models such as the BMW M3 and a 911. The results may be surprising or not, but the video also gives a nice drivers view of the lap and what the latest Camaro has interior wise to offer.
