You Have To Check Out This Rockford Files Car Chase

The rockford Files was a TV show which aired on NBC between 1974-1980. James Garner played the L.A. private investigator Jim Rockford, who every week had to chase the bad guys in his Firebird 400 in some way or another.

In this scene a 75 Monte Carlo is chasing down Jim Rockford, which you think would be too much of a heavy lump to keep up with the Firebird. However, as this is fiction the point of this scene as for Jim to do the unexpected and congratulate his chasers on keeping up with him.

In any case, this is a great nostalgic look at how car chases were done back in the day and how some of them just waddled around the streets.
