It can almost seem like a contradiction in terms making a muscle car that drifts, but when you think about it, it makes sense with all that power going to the rear wheels.

In this episode of Hot Rod Garage, the guys get to work with transforming a 1972 Plymouth barracuda into a full on drifting machine, where Lincoln Tech’s Tony Angelo takes you through the whole process of sourcing the initial rusty vehicle from craigslist into what they hope will be a cool, drifting monster.

The episode gives you the full fabrication of the vehicle with all parts sourced from QA1 parts and supplies.

The car is initially named ‘Fishtail’ for obvious reasons and was featured at the 2016 SEMA show.
