Amazing 1,000-Horsepower 1983 Chevy Monte Carlo

A 1983 Monte Carlo may not be the first choice for many when when it comes to the customer muscle car, but Brett Chmura has made this ride stand apart from most rides of its day. The Monte Carlo had been stored away for a decade, luckily stored in great condition, with minimal rust.
