Kyle Hirt’s Incredible 900 Horsepower 2011 Camaro

Kyle Hirt and his rather impressive 2011 Camaro has been doing the rounds on social media lately and to no surprise. Hints of its power come from that turbo popping up through the hood which makes a generous 1000 hp on pump gas.

Kyle expects the car to get into the eight seconds zone and it seems that his racing career is only just starting. This has not obviously stopped him from making an incredible machine which is turbo powered and this custom-built by Kyle himself.

The Camaro is driven by a 408cu. stroker motor by Texas Speed & Performance with forged internals going through to a TH400 transmission and a custom driveline by The Driveshaft Shop. The suspension setup is done by BMR Suspension. Upgrades planned are a Moser solid axle, head studs and weight saving all round.

The custom turbo system was built by Kyle and his friend from scratch, which features a forced induction 88/96 turbo making 20 psi of boost. Custom all the way here. As you can see a pretty impressive Camaro all-round.
