On the surface, which ever barn this 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 was found in was probably livable for most people, looking at its initial condition.
The good points are that the ad. does go into detail about the good and bad points under the surface, with plenty of detail in the ad. to give you a good impression of your potential purchase.
The car, which is at a current bid of $17,600 , which you can buy now on Ebay, has good paintwork for its age, but does show rust spots here and there if you look closely. The rust aspects clearly shown in the images, along with the worst parts been the torque box.
The seller is very upfront with the good and bad points, especially with the images of the bad rust areas, showing the results of the car being parked since the mid-80s.
The interior is one of the standout points, great condition seats, dash and carpets.
Documentation is plentiful here to prove the 70,429 miles and the rest, which is always peace of mind with a vehicle of this age.
The engine is said to be able to idle and rev., but will obviously need a good overhaul.
