1969 Chevelle with 427 Merlin III Block by Nils Findlay

We always get excited when we get a Readers Ride submission in the form of a Chevelle, no matter what the year.
Chevelles  always seem to have a beefed up look, which you need when you’re applying the muscle car Moniker.

Over to Nils to explain his fine machine.

‘This is my ’69 Chevelle with a 427 Merlin III block, rectangular port heads. NHRA legal. Running with a 750 Carb, 373s for street and an 850 Barry Grant with a different rear end with 456s for strip.’
