50 Years of The Camaro

Woodward Dream Cruise will be the host of GM’s party celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Chevrolet Camaro, but ahead of schedule, here are two videos outlining footage of the legendary muscle car over the past 50 years.

Both videos below are great viewing, starting with the original 1967 Camaro commercial. It’s completely over the top with the first chevy, rising like a Phoenix from a volcano, but it sure makes an impact even in 2016.

The videos go through the different generations of Camaro up to the present day. When you see them all condensed into a short amount of time, it’s amazing the breadth of the vehicles that have been produced.
