Rat rods can polarise car fans, especially the old guard.
Some would argue that anything this old, if restored, should be put back to stock condition only. Some say the rules of hot rodding should be the ones that only apply here.
But the way I see it, rat rods are just carrying on the tradition of taking a car platform and letting your imagination run wild. The added beauty is that there are no rules, it’s completely up to your own imagination what the end results will be. That’s pure creativity.
Obviously, this is all dependent on the people who build the thing, but as like this example, you should end up with a one-off vehicle that is a complete head turner.
