1973 Mustang by David Oliver: A Beauty in Blue

I personally love readers rides and seeing them come in daily as it’s a bit like ‘The cars and the Stars.’ If you own a muscle car, you are a star by default and everybody should know about it!

This submission to our readers rides is by David Oliver and is probably one of the most thoroughly photographed we have received up to now.
David is obviously taking good care of his Mustang, having performed a full restoration job resulting in the condition you see now.

One of the advantages of buying a base model is that once it is restored, you can turn it into anything you want to, plus they are more cost-effective in the long run. The end results being as fine as the car you see here.

This looks like a Mustang that will probably last another 40+ years.

‘The car is a 1973 Mustang Base with 302 3 speed. It was restored a few years ago with a body on restoration and painted Grabber Blue. The interior is mostly all original. I have added aftermarket AC and installed an aluminum intake with a 4 B carb all by Eldebrock.’
