Here we have a 1971 split bumper Chevrolet Camaro looking like the ideal candidate for a restoration. The car is said to start up and run with the brakes working, but no more details.

The bodywork has seen better days with rusting throughout, but at least the car doesn’t look like there are any major holes which could mean welding duties could be kept to a minimum. The car was originally a four-speed but is now an automatic, but the good news is the original transmission is in the trunk ready for restoration.

The interior doesn’t look too bad considering the rest of the car, but does look like it had replacement seats at some point. The rest of the interior seems to be intact, but needing a full cleanup.
The car also comes with a set of quarter panel skins which can get you going on the rebuild process.

For just under $10,000 this could be a ripe project for any Camaro enthusiast.
