The 1970 Plymouth Barracuda

The 1970 Plymouth Barracuda and the similar Dodge Challenger were both introduced in 1969 on the E-body platform.

The Barracuda was 3 inches shorter in wheelbase than the Challenger and came with a range of engines from a 198cu. (3.2 L) slant six up to the 426(7.0 L) Hemi engine. Three transmissions were available in a three and four speed manual and a three speed TorqueFlite automatic as below.
