This Mustang is one of the classics of the musclecar era. The 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 had a mighty 428ci. V8 engine and loads of attitude. The original engine was stolen and replaced with the current 351ci. V8 and a 4 speed manual transmission.

The original 428ci. went missing after it was stolen and ended up in a chop shop. A replacement 428 is probably the way to go for the next owner. It’s also unclear how much of the original SCJ kit remains on the car.

The car is rough all round and without the original powertrain it will be worth as much as it could be, but with the proper 428 installed, this Mustang is still one of the best from the musclecar era.
