This is a nice and clean 1970 Dodge Challenger, which although has R/T badging is a straight ahead unrestored, slant 6 version, plain and simple. It may not have all the added extras of its more powerful counterparts, but this could be a good thing as it shows off the simple beauty of the vehicle and why the design stands out so much even today.
The car is said to have had one repaint, the motor is working fine, as with the factory A/C. It may not be a full bore, firebreathing Hemi, but everything is original. With a vehicle like this, it’s probably best to leave it incompletely original condition than be tempted with a possible engine swap.
The interior is in great shape and would make a great buy and drive for anybody out there. It may not be highly optioned or the highest spec engine, but the slant six is a solid engine and this example would do best as a classic cruiser and is a testament to the great designs of the early 70s.
