1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Convertible Custom & LS3 Engine Sound

I have to admit that the 1970 Chevelle SS is one of my favourite from the classic musclecar era. Here we have a custom version from Jeff Schwartz of Schwartz Performance Inc., builder of custom car frames. The car has a Corvette LS3 engine with a host of custom features.

Having nothing but a stock original 1970 Chevelle SS may be sacrilege to some, but the upgrades here have clearly made an outstanding vehicle. The Black Pearl paint definitely stands out a mile with the 14 inch brakes, Boyd wheels and one of the nice features being the custom trunk in all white leather, aluminum trim and subtle embossing.

The LS3 Engine clearly looks and sounds stunning, with the Becool radiator and although I’d like to see a 454 in there, the LS3 makes this vintage monster a modern masterpiece.
