1970 Chevelle SS By Ed Watlack

It always brightens up our day when we receive submissions from our readers, but even better when one of these is a fine looking 1970s Chevelle SS.
Ed Watlack has kept the car virtually stock, but with some minor upgrades to keep that power in check. Suspension, brakes and wheels are the modern additions, but apart from those aspects, you can see a ‘king of the road’ in its original shape.

45 years on, still looking as fine as always….

‘It’s has a 383 Stroker, 700R4 and posi with 355 gears. We also changed the suspension to a stage 5 UMI suspension with adjustable coil over shocks.’
