This Cougar maybe the base model with only a 289ci. engine, but it’s in great condition having been stored for the last 21 years. There only seems to be tiny bits of rust on this car and everything else seems to be in great condition considering its age. The engine is said to start and run well with no obvious leaks. other things like the retractable vacuum have lights and the A/C are still working fine, along with a very well-kept interior.
