Apart from the GT500KR, the GT500 is the top of the stack for Mustang lovers and this example is probably one of the best of the breed. It is a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, an original black plate California car which had the same first owner up until 2005. Initial standout features are the 428ci. V8 with 2×4’s which Shelby personally built, near mint condition and tons of paperwork.
The car is all original and comes with a Marti Report, original owners manual, sales brochure and ownership history. The engine was rebuilt in 1988 and has only clocked up 7,000 miles since. For $100,000.00, you’d expect a vehicle you can eat your dinner off and apart from one looks like dirty interior carpet the rest of the vehicle is in fine condition.
