THE RIETZ MOPAR COLLECTION AUCTION

Coming up for auction on Saturday June 9, 2018 is the Rietz Mopar collection managed by VanDerBrink Auctions, near Mansfield South Dakota. The auction will not just sell fine array of Mopar vehicles, but plenty of other stuff like trucks, spare parts and even a bunch of guns.

If you check out the video below and the photo gallery on the auction website, there’s enough project vehicles here to whet the appetite of any Mopar fan. The video says there are approximately 100 vehicles for sale, with a few GM and Ford vehicles thrown into the mix. Most seem like reasonable project vehicles, with the majority looking like they have been undercover for many years, hopefully meaning restoring rust and mechanical problems may be down to a minimum. It looks like there are quite a few Roadrunners in there, a tasty looking yellow Dodge SuperBee, what looks like some second and third generation Cudas and even some possible race cars. The inventory of trucks look in the best condition, but the one or two Charger R/T’s, although looking very dog eaten look like great candidates for a restoration project.

For any Mopar fan thinking of picking up a project vehicle or two, this may be the auction to bookmark in your diary.
