You Have To See This V12 LS1 Camaro From SEMA.
By David Ashton
The SEMA show is the powerhouse for seeing custom builds and some of the most amazing vehicles on the planet.
The vehicle in question here being overview is a rather fine 1967 Camaro fitted with a V12 LS1 engine.
On first glance, the vehicle looks incredible, especially with that limegreen block, but the question is why a V12 and not a V8?
Basically, the guys specialise in V12 builds and these are custom-made blocks, not out of any other vehicle so the swap made sense to them with the car being the owner’s donor vehicle.
In the interview, they say that the engine actually fires like two V6’s, so is very smooth, high revving and sounds more like a European sports car. This may not appeal to to a pure muscle car enthusiast, but for those who want a muscle car shell with anything that goes, this may appeal.
If you want to check out more about this custom build, pop over to their website at v12ls.com to find out the full details.
