Redline Motorsports 1,000 HP Camaro ZL1 1LE

The Camaro ZL1 1LE is arguably the most capable Camaro of present day and with only 750 being produced each year, quite the rarity. Now Redline Motorsports have put together an even more incredible package with aftermarket parts to produce one of the finest examples around producing 1,000 HP.

The 1,000 HP Camaro main source of power increase comes from a Whipple supercharger which has improved inter cooling as its main feature. The other additions come in the form of Redline’s PHASE 4 performance package which include valve train upgrades, dual valve springs, improved steel exhaust valves, larger bumpstick, American racing headers and reworking of the E92 computer from HP Tuners. The already impressive 650 HP was able to lap the Nurburgring at 7:16.04, so it would be interesting to see what a near thousand HP version could do.

The power is put down to the street on 305mm Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar R3 tires all producing 1,000hp at the crank and 875.7hp and 888.3 lb-ft of torque to the road. All impressive stuff. Just check out the video below for further details.
