Hybrid Tractorri: The Mutang Lambo Mutant

This video of a Mustang and Lamborghini hybrid is a real head scratcher for us here.
You can mix and match anything you want in the car world, but this one is a real weirdo.
Sometimes when you cross pollinate cars with different powertrains, it can work. Just look at the original AC Cobra by the great Carrol Shelby. British car, American powertrain.
However, it doesn’t always work out that way.

For Mustang fans, this is a complete monstrosity. Probably the same for Lamborghini fans, but somebody out there has the time and money to experiment like this and here you see the results.

The powertrain is a Lamborghini Gallardo placed in the rear of the car, the wheels and brakes look Lamborghini as does the interior. The rear of the car also looks like it is been ‘Lamborghini’ed’ if that’s a word, with the rest of the car being a Mustang.

Could this be the future inspiration between a American and Italian supercar? Maybe not, but in some cases, it’s probably best to leave the cars as the designer originally intended.
