Blown Chevy Corvette And Turbo Mustang Destroyed In Drag Race.

Both cars in this race probably had no idea what was coming up just a few seconds later from the start.

Kyle Huettel of BAD 9ER Racing & Dave Bowman in their turbo Mustang and Corvette warmup as most do with a burnout and get ready on the starting line at the Lights Out 7 event.

Bowman comes down from a double wheelie, Huettel’s car shoots instantly right, into Bowman’s Cobra (previously owned by Tim Lynch) nearly flipping it as it is hit at over 100MPH.

Luckily, both drivers came away unscathed due to all the safety features on the cars. The cars themselves, may live to fight another day, but not without extensive rebuilds. the video shows the obvious disappointment from both drivers, but crash like this could have come out much worse.

It shows that in this type of racing, you do truly go all in to win the race.
