Auctioned: The Only Triple-Green 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge
This Triple-Green, 1969 Pontiac GTO Judge, this is to be auctioned at Auctions America on Saturday, April 2, 2016, expecting to fetch between $100,000 and $140,000 for its unique part in Pontiac history.
As you can see from the specifications below, it’s one of 108 convertibles for the 1969 year and the original owner must have been one fan of the colour green, which is now one of the rarest optioned GTO Judges out there.
The auction description doesn’t give away any of the cars back history, but it does come with full documentation to show its history and frame off restoration process.
Ram Air III 400-cid, 366-hp V-8 engine
Console-shift 3 speed automatic transmission
PHS documented
Only 108 Judge convertibles built
“Only triple green Judge convertible ever made”
Frame-off restored
Posi-traction
Power windows & top
Beautiful presentation throughout.
‘Posi-traction rear end, 3.55:1 gear ratio, handling package, power disc brakes, electric windows, door edge guards, remote side mirror, bucket seats, tilt steering column, factory radio, factory rear speaker, power top, Rally gauges, Rally II wheels, redline tires and, of course, the Judge package.’
Rarities like this don’t come along very often, so book your place in the April auction for this lean, green machine.
