There’s nothing like a classic Ford Mustang, but even better when you find one that’s a Shelby GT500, with an original 428 Cobra Jet engine. This is the case with this listing where the vehicle has been completely restored back to its original condition and looks very impressive.

You get the full rundown here with the engine sporting a Holley 715 cfm 4-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock cylinder heads and aluminum intake manifold. There is a 9″ rear-end w/3.20:1 gears. There is Baer 4-wheel power disc brakes with cross drilled/slotted brake rotors, 17″ alloy wheels with BF Goodrich 235/45-ZR17 tires and fibreglass vented hood with functional scoops.

The listing says the cars had a few upgrades to improve performance, such as the brakes, exhaust, wheels and light, but everything else is in original condition. It’s not cheap at nearly $140,000, but it’s one fine looking specimen.
